Update: 27th December - Press enter and select 'Clipboard Copy' (followed by Ctrl+C/Command+C) to copy the PICO 8 pal() commands for your current palette into your system clipboard!

I made this little tool to quickly prototype palette swaps for the 8x8 assets in Toy Box Jam 2020.

Is it possible to turn a hammer into a tree? A bush into a planet? A chicken into a different sort of chicken? The tool will help you find out!

Controls:

  • Left/Right to choose a sprite
  • Up/Down to select a colour
  • X/O to cycle through replacement colours
